Just Married!!!!

Finally! We made it to the alter and had a beautiful day. I think we can both say it's been sureal. I was so humbled to see all of our friends and family that came out to support us. We've been looking forward to this day for a long time. Thank you to all of my friends and family that helped to make this possible.

FINALLY! We found a cute place in Ripon. There's the most wonderful family that is willing to have all of our friends and family at their home! Phew! That's a load off of our plate!

Delta Grass

Ahh...the season has come for yummy, delectable spring asparagus from the festival! I can't wait to sample some of the tender green spears! I'll be working the asparagus festival on Friday, so I'm sure I'll get my fill!

And for invitations...

My sister and I went out last week, and being the mastermind that she is, she came up with the most fabulous arrangement that will include this super fun cherry blossom paper. And we'll do cherries as party favors to boot!

A dress in one hour...bridesmaids dresses in half that time, and flowers the moment I saw them. Boy who said this wedding thing is hard! :)

So we're getting married!!!

That's the word on the street! Ryan proposed to me in Yosemite on March 1 of this year. What an exciting and unexpected day. I can't believe we're going to finally do this! We have set the date for May 31st in Ripon! Wahoo! Above is the spot he proposed at...and the happy groom to be even marked a way point with his GPS! Of course the ring is there too! Sooo pretty!
